185 North Main Street, Spring Valley, New York 10977.

This satellite facility has been serving students from Spring Valley and the surrounding area since 1977.

It’s location is the No. Main Street School, a elementary school familiar to many Rocklanders, which has been nominated for historic status. It has 3 floors, offering 20 classrooms. A 24-hour state-of-the-art security system will soon be installed. An evening and night shuttle bus run that connects main campus to the Spring Valley site and points in between launched on October 6.

Courses are available in areas such as English, psychology, Math, English as a Second Language and Automotive Technology. The College’s Center for Personal and Professional Development offers many non-credit courses. In keeping with SUNY Rockland Community College’s mission to serve the entire community, the Spring Valley Extension Center is home to Senior Adult Programs, including the Institute for Senior Education, which offers educational and recreational classes for people over age 50, RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program), the Rockland Community College Senior Club and Ramapo Senior Center. Many other organizations utilize the Center’s space for their meetings. The Spring Valley Extension Center auditorium is available for meetings and performances at minimal cost. It seats 163 people and is equipped with technology for computer based presentations.
