RCC Foundation Scholarships

The RCC Foundation has provided almost $4 million in scholarships to students.

Support the RCC Foundation

Each year, the RCC Foundation awards more than $350,000 in student scholarships. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded almost $4 million in student scholarship awards. Recipients are awarded based on various criteria including academic achievement, athletic or artistic talents, being a member of an underrepresented group, residing in the County, high school attended, and demonstrated financial need.

RCC Foundation scholarships are available for new RCC students, continuing RCC students, and even for RCC graduates continuing their education at a 4-year college.

Online scholarship application process for new or incoming RCC students:
The submission deadline for the Fall 2017 new student scholarships has been extended to Friday, August 25, 2017.

Scholarship Awards Ceremony for New Students

  • New or incoming students are those with less than 9 credits from any college or university. They may be: (1) current high school seniors completing course work at their high school, (2) RCC Early Admit students, or (3) new adult students who have never attended RCC.
  • The online scholarship application requires your myRCC login and password. This information is included in your acceptance letter.
  • You may be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible. Please note which scholarships you are most interested in at the end of your essay.
  • Please allow enough time for the teacher or guidance counselor recommendations  to be completed. All applications must be completed by June 30, 2017. ​
