What We Do

The Rockland Community College Organizational & Staff Development department is responsible for implementing and monitoring the College's equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies. All employees and applicants for employment may contact the Organizational & Staff Development department to inquire about their rights under these policies, request advice, file a complaint or request a reasonable accommodation.

The Director of Organizational & Staff Development acts as the College's Title IX Coordinator, Age Discrimination Act Coordinator, Section 504 Coordinator, Equity & Compliance Officer, and Affirmative Action Officer for employees.

The Director of Organizational & Staff Development also serves as the College’s Middle States Commission on Higher Education Accreditation Liaison Officer.
