Students Create Global Jewry Fashion Show
at SUNY Rockland

 

Free and open to the public

 

Suffern, NY - The Center for Jewish Life at SUNY Rockland Community College invites the public to a multi-media student fashion show as part of Jewish Heritage Month.

 

Tuesday, March 23, 8:00 p.m.

Global Jewry Fashion Show Gala

Technology Center, Rm 8180 (Ellipse)

Admission: Free and open to the public. Includes a dessert buffet.

Travel thousands of years and around the world in just one evening as students conduct a multi-media trip through Jewish history and geography, from Biblical times to the present. Using costume, music, a slide show and narration, students will model and tell the stories of Jewish men and women who made a significant contribution to society.
