Hospitality Students Hold Scholarship Fundraiser at
SUNY Rockland Community College
Public invited to enjoy soups, appetizers and cakes
Ramapo, NY - In celebration of Rockland Community College's 50th anniversary, the Hospitality Department’s year-end event, "50 Years of Food," will be held to raise money for student scholarships.
Thursday, May 6, 2010, 4-6 p.m.

Student Union, Room 3114 (first floor lounge)
Admission: $10. Tickets available at the door
In celebration of Rockland Community College's 50th Anniversary, the public is invited to taste delicious soups, appetizers and cakes prepared by the Hospitality students. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to view magnificent cakes created and decorated by the students of the Professional Baking Class.
The event is being held to raise money for scholarships for students who wish to continue their culinary and hospitality education at RCC or other two and four-year culinary and hospitality colleges and universities.
The community is also invited to purchase an ad in the program, which will include recipes. The deadline for a purchasing an ad or including your own recipe is April 20.
