SUNY Rockland Community College Presents Black Achievement Awards Program
Suffern, NY—School children were honored at Black Achievement Awards sponsored by SUNY Rockland Community College as part of its African American History Month celebrations on February 5 and 6.
Black Achievement celebrates academic achievement, outstanding participation and accomplishment of local children of color, grades 6th, 8th and 11th, in the categories of community service, artistic expression, athletic ability and accomplishment, leadership activity and personal triumph and success.
