SUNY Rockland Community College Invites Public to Nationwide Teach-In on Global Warming
Thousands of campuses help focus nation on solutions to global warming
Suffern, NY - SUNY Rockland Community College will be a participant in "Focus the Nation," a nationwide teach-in model on global warming solutions. Campuses all over the nation are participating in the symposium around the end of January or early February.
The "Focus the Nation: Global Warming Solutions for America" symposium will be held on Thursday, February 7, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the Technology Center, Ellipse (Room 8180), on the main campus in Suffern. Reception to follow evening guest speaker. Admission is free and open to the public.
RCC faculty and guest speakers will present a range of global warming curricula.
