SUNY Rockland Community College Appoints Director of Program Operations
Suffern, NY - SUNY Rockland Community College has appointed Ms. Kathy Smith-DeGraw to the position of Director of Program Operations for the Center for Personal & Professional Development.
Ms. Kathy Smith-DeGraw of Warwick is responsible for directing the College’s continuing education programs that require industry certification and leisure-time activities. Since 2005, Smith-DeGraw has been a Program Development Specialist/Grant Writing Consultant for non-profit organizations. From 1995-2005, she was an adjunct at Marist College Goshen Center, specializing in research and psychology courses. From 1981-1997, she taught Sociology and Psychology at Orange County Community College of Middletown and acted as Program Developer in Community Services from 1984 - 1985.
Smith-DeGraw holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the New School for Social Research, New York, NY, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN.
