Busing to New Child Care Center at Rockland Community College Available From Ramapo Central and East Ramapo School districts.
Suffern, NY - Busing is available to the new after school program at the Campus Fun and Learn Child Development Center from Ramapo Central and East Ramapo School districts.
The non-profit child care center, which is now housed in a new state-of-the art facility, is open to the general public as well as to the children of Rockland Community College students, faculty and staff. The Center provides care to children from six weeks of age through 12 years. In addition to providing full and part-time care and education to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, the Center offers after school and vacation care to school age children.
The Center is open year round from the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., closing only for major holidays. Children are involved in a variety of experiences throughout their day, including language activities, math, art, music, and more.
RCC students who enroll their children may qualify for scholarships and subsidies for child care tuition, making it very affordable.
In addition to providing care and education to young children, the Center will provide an opportunity for education students, psychology students and others to gain experience and understanding in working with young children.
