4th Annual Leadership Tools for Women

 

"Changing the Power of Women"

 

June 6, 2008

8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Rockland Community College, Suffern, NY

 

This day-long program will help women gain greater knowledge and understanding about women’s participation in politics and how to enhance their influence and leadership in public life.

 

Since 2008 is an election year, we are focusing on women taking the lead, getting into the electoral process, media attitudes and the image of women, conventional wisdom and grooming women leaders for leadership positions.A panel of women politicians will also look at specific and practical solutions to getting more women into the electoral process.

 

Featured speaker Teena Cahill, Director of Wisdom and Beyond, will present, "Women Taking the Lead:Wisdom for Everyday Leadership and Peak Performance."More information about Teena can be found at http://www.teenacahill.com/.
