Intended Audience: professionals, students, anyone who wants to build career success

Abstract: This innovative leadership development seminar provides the audience with the knowledge to accelerate their progress into higher career levels and equips them to achieve superior business results. In this seminar, we tackle the challenges and opportunities presented by communication barriers, cultural differences or lack of leadership skills. We create awareness of how aspects of communication, culture, and leadership skills affect career advancement and relationship decline because of the way they appear to others. By giving the audience the tools to address these perceptions without losing communication and cultural authenticity, the seminar expands the number of highly capable leaders into the talent pipeline.

About the Speaker: Zuleika Cuevas is Director of Operations for a non-profit organization and supports a corporate leadership development program which gives multi-cultural managers in corporations the skills they need to advance into executive positions. She has over 25 years of corporate and educational experience. Zuleika holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate from Dale Carnegie. She is Vice President of the Parental Advisory Committee at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons S-PREP, and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Speech at RCC.
