Two Free R.A.D Self Defense For Women Courses to Start

free and open to the public

 

Ramapo- Two new series of R.A.D rape defense classes for women are scheduled at Rockland Community College. The free program is open to the public. Participants need no previous training but must commit to attend all the sessions of either the Tuesday evenings or the Sunday sequence.

Courses are held in the RCC Fieldhouse, Room 5200

Tuesday Evening Schedule

February 9 @ (3-6pm)
February 16, 23 @ (4–6pm)
March 1, 8, 15 @ (4–6pm)

Sunday Schedule

April 3, 10, 17, 24 @ (10am – 1pm)

Comprehensive R.A.D. program are led by professional certified instructors and emphasize awareness, risk reduction and avoidance.
