Events Set for Occupational Therapy Assistant, Business, Criminal Justice, Paralegal and Automotive Technology

Rockland County, N.Y. – Rockland Community College offers a variety of academic programs that put students on a path to success in high-demand careers. Five of those programs – Occupational Therapy Assistant, Business, Criminal Justice, Paralegal and Automotive Technology – are holding information sessions during April and May. All sessions allow prospective students to learn about programs of study, as well as meet faculty and staff. The College is also holding an Admissions Open House on April 16, and invites prospective students and their families to learn about programs of study, meet faculty and staff, talk with current students and learn why RCC has been named #1 in New York State for Adult Learners, and has become the “first choice” for today’s students and parents. The events are free and open to the public.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Info Session

Thursday, April 11

Admissions Open House

Tour our campus and learn about our career-oriented degrees and certificates, nationally recognized Honors Program, outstanding economic value, financial aid and scholarships, smooth transfer to a four-year college or university and our collegiate athletics, clubs and activities. Paralegal Info Session

RCC ’s Automotive Technology Center boasts a 27,304 square foot facility including five classrooms, a certification room, Snap-on Certified lab, 10 lifts and customized Snap-on equipment. RCC features more than 50 degree and certificate programs. Students enjoy a vibrant, diverse campus, with free tutoring, internship and career counseling, and on-site child care available. RCC offers online courses plus part-time, evening and weekend schedules.
