Speakers Bureau
Speakers Bureau
The SUNY Rockland Community College Speakers Bureau is a service available to all types of organizations in the area—civic, community, professional, business, social, and others. All speakers are members of the faculty, staff, and administration and have offered to share their expertise on scholarly topics as well as outside interests.
Arrangements should be made directly with the speaker for time, place and any honorarium or fee. Please understand that acceptance of an invitation to speak may depend on the speaker's teaching or work schedule. To see the list of topics, or find a particular speaker, click on the Speakers Bureau List in the box above.
If you are having difficulty reaching a particular speaker, or would like to locate a topic/speaker not on the list, contact the RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) Office at (845) 356-6818. They will forward your request to the appropriate party.
The SUNY Rockland Community College Speakers Bureau is sponsored by Dr. Cliff L. Wood, College President, and Peter Arvanites, President of the Faculty Senate, and is published by the Community Involvement Committee of the Faculty Senate. For more information about the Speakers Bureau, contact Co-Coordinators, Saeed Safaie, Professor of Science, at ssafaie@sunyrockland.edu, or Lisa Saunders, Campus Communications, at lsaunde2@sunyrockland.edu.
