What We Do
The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is the umbrella organization for professional development at RCC. Programming is planned by the CETL Director under the guidance of the CETL Advisory Board.
CETL provides a variety of professional development workshops for faculty, administrators and staff. Further, it is the main source of funding for participation in off-campus development opportunities.
Scholar-in-Residence
RCC is fortunate to have as its scholar-in-residence Edmund W. Gordon, PhD, the Richard March Hoe Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Education and Director of the Institute of Urban and Minority Education (IUME) at Teachers College, Columbia University.
