What We Do

The Rockland Community College Diversity & Inclusion department is responsible for implementing and monitoring the College's equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies. All employees and applicants for employment may contact the Diversity & Inclusion department to inquire about their rights under these policies, request advice, file a complaint or request a reasonable accommodation.

The Director of Diversity & Inclusion acts as the College's Chief Diversity Officer, Title IX Coordinator, Affirmative Action Officer, Equity & Compliance Officer, and Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Officer.

The Director of Diversity & Inclusion also serves as the College’s Middle States Commission on Higher Education Accreditation Liaison Officer.
